Kenneth Joseph Cooper was a shareholder and director of Supervised Investments Australia Limited when the company was founded in 2007. He had returned to Australia in 2006 after an absence of 27 years.
During much of that time he was a senior financial executive with Time Warner Inc., then the world’s leading media and entertainment company. He worked in both the USA and the UK and was directly involved with more than 60 companies in over 50 countries. He has particular expertise in the area of intellectual property assets. In addition, from 1996 to 2001 he was Chairman of Trustees of the Time Warner UK Pension Plan.
He resigned from the Supervised board in 2013 for personal reasons but has continued to be a major shareholder since the inception of the company. He re-joined the board at the end of 2016.
